Orders
You will get an order confirmation email with an order number. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been shipped and tracking number will be sent to you.

We aim to process orders promptly. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. After this period, it may not be possible as the order might be in the shipping process.

We accept a variety of payment methods to provide convenience for our customers. Currently, we support major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

Shipping & Returns
We strive to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Our processing time for orders is typically 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed, but it could be delayed by a day depending on the number of orders we receive, though it can occasionally extend to 5 to 7 business days depending on the specific warehouse location from which your products are being shipped.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Currently, we are only offering standard shipping, but we are diligently working on expanding our shipping options to provide more choices for our customers.
Please refer to our shipping policy for the average time for shipping delivery in the last 15 days. We do not guarantee that all packages will arrive in the time listed and we should allow for exceptions. The data is available for reference, and the exact delivery time varies according to the specific areas.
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by us. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you do not contact us within the 14 days return period, we cannot accept the return.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Any items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.

- Repack your items.
- Email us at support@vouvella.com with your order number. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email.
- If your return request has been accepted, you will be provided with the return address. Please note that once the return has been approved, you have 14 days to return an item(s) to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the parcel to our registered address.
- Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item. You’ll receive your refund in up to 14 days!
If we do not receive your return within 14 days of the return being approved, your return request will be cancelled. If you have sent your return after this period, we reserve the right to refuse your return request and you may have to pay additional shipping charges for the items to be returned to you. You must obtain proof of postage.
Please note that customers who enjoyed free shipping on their orders, the shipping charge will be deducted from refund.
We aim to process and refund your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 28 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please check your account as the refund will show under VOUVELLA and may show on the date of your original purchase.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take up to 7 days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a parcel may delay your refund.
