HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
At VOUVELLA, we strive to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Our processing time for orders is typically 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed, but it could be delayed by a day depending on the number of orders we receive, though it can occasionally extend to 5 to 7 business days depending on the specific warehouse location from which your products are being shipped.SHIPPING TIME
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Currently, we are only offering standard shipping, but we are diligently working on expanding our shipping options to provide more choices for our customers.
The figures below are the average time for shipping delivery in the last 15 days. We do not guarantee that all packages will arrive in the time listed and we should allow for exceptions. The data is available for reference, and the exact delivery time varies according to the specific areas.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by VOUVELLA. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If your order has an attempted delivery and fails, resulting in the parcel being returned to our warehouse, we can arrange for the parcel to be resent under the following circumstances:
If you provided the incorrect address, refused the parcel, or did not re-arrange the delivery of the parcel in the required time, there will be a shipment charge for re-sending the parcel.
Please note that if you decline to have the order resent and request a refund, the relevant charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the original costs.
If the parcel could not be delivered due to an issue with the courier or our services, the parcel will be resent to you, free of charge.
